COVID-19 Message to Customers:
Our fulfillment times are temporarily longer than usual and may continue to increase until Covid-19 is controlled. We thank you in advance for your patience.
1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, since our brand is continuously growing, we move to different warehouses in distributed locations so we can handle a worldwide shipping.
2. How long are the shipping times?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery from the U.S.
International shipping can take a little bit more than expected due to the locations.
However, we also offer express deliveries for a little extra cost.
3. When will my order be shipped ?
We fulfill orders and ship them 1-3 business days after the payment.
4. My order has not arrived yet.
In rare case, due to an uncommon logistic problem your order may take longer to process, we encourage you to send us an email to email@example.com so we can provide you with further information about your order.

5. How secure is my payment?
We use Paypal checkouts since it is one of the safest payment gateways available today. Your are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.
6. How do i change or cancel my order?
We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message before the first 24 hours from the payment we can make a change, otherwise we can´t.
7. Why did my order arrived in two different packages/days?
Our warehouses are located in different locations with the purpose to reach more people which allows us to ship worldwide; therefore, some products may arrive before other. Don't worry, it will be delivered within a few days.
8. My order arrived but it is damaged
In that case, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you another one totally free.
9. How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free standard shipping to the US is available for customers with a purchase of $100 or more.
